The Fiery Whisk Bakery – Order & Payment Policy

By placing and paying for your order with The Fiery Whisk Bakery (Deanna Martinez), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Allergens & Liability

All baked goods are prepared in a kitchen that uses soy, wheat, milk, shellfish, nuts, gluten, and other common allergens. The Fiery Whisk Bakery and Deanna Martinez are not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or food-related issues.

 

Payment & Cancellations

• Payment is due in full at the time your order is placed.

• Orders are non-refundable. If you must cancel, the amount paid will be applied as a credit toward a future order. This credit must be used within 30 days of the original payment date.

 

Pick-Up Policy

• Pickup time and date will be arranged when you place your order.

• If you are running late, you must contact me. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, you will need to reschedule a new pickup time.

• If no contact is made within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup, your order will be donated to the local fire department and no refund will be issued.

• Once your order leaves my possession, The Fiery Whisk Bakery is not responsible for damage, mishandling, or improper storage. Please refrigerate items promptly if instructed.

 

Order Changes

Requests to add to an order may be made, but fulfillment is not guaranteed.

 

Payment Options

Currently accepted:

• PayPal (Friends & Family option preferred; if Business option is used, please add $7 to your total)

• Cash App

• Venmo

• Card payments

 

Pickup Location & Minimum Order

• Pickup location: Kohl’s parking lot – 12620 Capital Blvd, Wake Forest, NC 27587

• $20 minimum order required
